We really loved the family room we booked. it had cozy bunk beds and a nice little kitchenette that made our stay comfortable. The onsen was a delightful spot to unwind, and the gym had everything we needed for our workouts. The only little hiccup was that the room got a bit warm, but a fan fixed it right up! 😊

The breakfast at Sky Buffet 51 was a game-changer with unlimited pancakes—truly a foodie paradise! Plus, the breathtaking views and the super convenient train access made our stay a delight.
However, I was bummed to discover my breakfast was cut to the second floor instead of the promised buffet, and the staff’s English was a bit shaky when I raised my concerns.

Amazing views and comfy stay!
We had an awesome time with stunning night views from our room! It's really handy being connected to the train station for easy travels. The amenities were on point, and the onsen was a nice extra perk. Just had a bit of trouble getting a reservation at the Teppanyaki spot, though it was no biggie. Overall, a chill place to stay!

The incredibly convenient location allowed for easy access to transit and local shopping, enhancing our stay significantly. The fantastic views from our sky room, especially during sunrise and sunset, were breathtaking. However, the room felt cramped with limited space for basic necessities, making it challenging to manage our belongings comfortably. We also encountered difficulty locating the Wi-Fi password due to clutter on the small table provided.

Had an amazing time with friends! Our stay was perfect, especially with stunning views from the Sky Floor. We visited the aquarium and explored the local restaurants below, which had delicious food options. The hotel is super convenient to transport, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend this place for a group trip!
One downside was that the laundry service didn’t work well for us. After multiple runs, some clothes still felt moist, so I’d suggest drying off-site instead.
